MDGH is proud to announce the return of this AMAZING event! The 7th Annual Mid-Del Group Home Run, Walk, or Roll for Independence will be an event to remember! Walk, run, or roll this 5k to show support for MDGH and raise awareness for our population and the need we serve for the Mid-Del community.
DATE: 8/22/2026
TIME: 8:00 am
DISTANCE: There will be two options this year - 1 mile fun run or approximately 5 Kilometers (about 3.1 miles)
PLACE: Check in at the MDGH Workshop located at 1540 Republic Circle, Midwest City, OK 73110
