Mid-Del began with one group home in 1983. Currently 4 group homes serve 24 residents, three of the homes are for men and the other is for women.

In the group home setting the residential manager and an HTS assist the residents to learn life skills such as personal hygiene, cooking, cleaning, laundry and personal finances.

The residents living in the group home have a health care coordinator who assists them with scheduling appointments and works with staff to ensure that the health care recommendations
made by the resident’s physician are being carried out.
