The current room and board fee is $460.00 per month.

The cost would be $1810.00 per month. Scholarships may be available.
Q-4: What documentation is required in order to be considered for placement at MDGH?
(a) DDSD eligibility verification (Notice of Action)
(b) Completed MDGH application
(c) A psychological assessment with a diagnosis of Mental Retardation
Q-5: How many residents are in each group home?
There are six residents who live in each group home.
Q-6: Is there a waiting list for group home services and how do I get on the list?
Once an applicant has completed the application and provided the supporting documentation, they
are automatically placed on the waiting list.
Q-7: How long would someone be on the list before an opening would occur?
There is a waiting list for the women's group home and a separate list for the men's home. A specific
time frame for how long someone may be on the waiting list is impossible to determine since this is
dependant upon wether or not there is a vacancy and what the funding source is for that vacancy.
Q-8: Is there a seperate application for the workshop?
The same application applies for vocational and/or residential services.
